The location is super central. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Breakfast very well assorted and very well attended. The Hotel has a Happy Hour every day with snacks that makes the end of the afternoon very pleasant. They are very efficient in cleaning and supplying. It is a 4 star stay without a doubt.
The hotel is classic in style and does not have air conditioning in each room. They have central heating or central air conditioning. Our room was at 26C extremely hot and this made us uncomfortable at night because by opening the windows the mosquitoes would enter, so we could not cool the room well even though the hotel removed the central heating given the good temperature of the season. The beds also have a plastic lining that makes them very hot to sleep on. We had to remove it because it also sounds with the movement. Those details make the hotel feel old in spite of how comfortable the room was in space.

Very clean, nice and polite staff... Delicious and varied breakfast... The location is wonderful - 3 minutes walk to the station and the same amount to the Duomo and other sights... The hotel is very nice and the value for money is excellent. If there were no hot water problems, I would have rated 10.
Unfortunately, the hotel has some hot water problems. Of the 6 nights spent at this hotel, the hot water was only 2 times. On the other days the water was slightly warm and it was simply impossible to take a shower, considering that the trip was in December. It feels like there is a water heater in the hotel, where the hot water just ends in the evening.

Great breakfast, nice bathrooms, location was sensational.
It is infested with mosquitos. No screens, rooms too hot.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights, and I absolutely loved the breakfast options, which were varied and plentiful. The cozy lobby bar was such a nice retreat after a long day of exploring. The room was charming, but do note it was smaller than expected from the photos.

Ideal location, warm and extensive breakfast with carved fruits and cheeses and the best scrambled egg ever in the bar. Easy enough to find, in the heart of Florence. Also - not far from the Duomo, the Academia Gallery, the Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio as well as authentic excellent restaurants. Friendly check-in, parking nearby.

The Hotel location was excellent as it was close to all historical sites, museums and all the fabulous shops! The staff were helpful when requested.
The hotel is somewhat old. The internet cables at rooms did not work, I tried using the WiFi once which did not work as well. You can see minor cracks in ceilings and walls. The shower water was slow (to our standards). Our room was close to a small street which could be noisy at times.

Location was excellent
I did not like the fact that you could not regulate the temperature of your room - we found the room cold. On reporting this at the desk they simply said sorry, they could not adjust the heating/air-conditioning.

Excellent hotel with excellent location. Cleanest rooms. Everything is taken care of, carpet is changed. is the third time we've been to this hotel. it's reliable. You know, there are no surprises or surprises. Attentive staff, gREAT BREAKFAST, everything's delicious... last two times we took the big rooms, time we stayed in the standard. Room is small, nice. With two giant suitcases, no problem turning around. parking lot is 35 euros a day. You have to order the car from the parking lot a little before you go out on checkout. Since the garage isn't at the hotel itself, somewhere nearby. About 20 minutes exactly, so as not to be nervous and not to be late). What a location. From the dumo 3 minutes on foot (if the right street to go, of course). Ponte-Vecchio Bridge is 5 minutes at most. Around the shops, all comfortable very).

Location was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Rooms had old style decor - part of the charm - but they were still very clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back to same hotel.
There was a smell in the internal courtyard that was a little off putting, but not bad enough for us to need to move to a new hotel.

Absolutely loved my cozy room, which seemed like a charming little nest! The location was spot-on, just a short walk to the Duomo-perfect for my sightseeing adventures.
Beware of the shower. It seems to think it's a pool party! And don't get me started on the view, I had a lovely wall as a roommate.

Quiet, location but very central, on the most exclusive street in Florence Staff friendly and welcoming. Inviting lounge for a quiet sit and a drink. A general air of slightly faded grandeur which I like. Well equipped and comfy bedroom. Felt like a quiet oasis after the packed streets of Florence.
Air conditioning in my room could not cope with the heatwave although cooler in common parts.
